Apostle Alvin Campbell is the Founder and President of Highway Restoration Online Bible College. He established HROBC on a bedrock conviction: that a thorough study of the Bible should be enforced in every biblical institution curriculum, and that biblical goals and principles should be integrated effectively to educate students and acquaint them with general knowledge for ministry.
HROBC is the academic ministry of Highway Restoration Ministries — an Apostolic Evangelistic Ministry led by Sr. Pastor Apostle Alvin Campbell and Co-Pastor Cherille Campbell, located at 740 Vance Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC. The college carries the ministry's heartbeat: "Helping To Restore People Back To God."
What began as a modest program has grown into a fully online Bible college offering programs from Certificate level through Bachelor's Degree, with Master's and Doctorate programs in development. HROBC is rooted in Roanoke Rapids, NC, but its reach extends across NC, SC, FL, and beyond.
Apostle Campbell's vision for HROBC is to train men and women globally — students who return to their congregations equipped, credentialed, and burning with a deeper understanding of God's Word. Every program at HROBC is built on the unshakeable foundation that Scripture is the absolute authority for life and ministry.

To ensure proper program placement, please present an official High School Transcript and/or any relevant College Transcripts. This allows us to accurately assess your prior academic achievements.

No prior formal education is required. HROBC is designed to meet students where they are. Whether you are a first-time Bible student or a seasoned pastor seeking to formalize your training, our programs are built to accommodate all backgrounds and experience levels.
All course materials are accessible online at any time. There are no live class sessions you are required to attend, no fixed schedules, and no deadlines that conflict with your ministry or family life. You progress through coursework at the pace that works for you — whether that means a few hours a week or intensive daily study.
Upon completing your program, you receive your HROBC degree or certificate. Additionally, HROBC graduates have access to ministerial licensing and ordination credentials through Fellowship Association of Believers (FAB), giving your ministry the official recognition it deserves in the broader Kingdom community.
Our Certificate in Church Ministry and Leadership Certificate programs are priced at approximately $1 per day. The Ministerial Training Certificate is approximately $1.50 per day.
